Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (phone number or social sign-in identifier), the profile information you choose to provide (nickname, photos, bio, interests, languages), device identifiers used for security and fraud prevention, and usage data needed to operate matching, calls, chat, rewards and payments.
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, match you with other users, place video and voice calls, process coin recharges and host earnings, deliver notifications you've allowed, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
Calls & media
Video and audio are relayed in real time to connect you with the other participant and are not recorded by DicoX. Profile photos you upload are visible to other users by design. Identity (KYC) documents submitted by host applicants are stored privately, used only for verification, and are never shown to other users.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that power the app — payment processing, real-time media, cloud storage and push notifications — under contract, and where required by law.
Your choices & rights
- Edit or remove profile data at any time from Edit Profile.
- Block or report any user; blocked users cannot contact you.
- Control notifications via system settings.
- Delete your account permanently from Settings → Delete Account. This removes your contact identifiers, signs you out of all devices, and stops all notifications. Transaction records are retained only as required for financial compliance.
Children
DicoX is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; suspected underage accounts are removed.
